History and Present
MATERASSO, s.r.o. began its developing activities in 1995 when MATERASSO as an operation plant of the company Invest, s.r.o. started making medical and orthopaedic mattresses utilising Italian technology.
Present annual production of MATERASSO Slovakia, s.r.o is approx. 60,000 – 70,000mattresses, in various combinations, manufactured at the production facility in Oravské Veselé. Thus MATERASSO Slovakia, s.r.o. covers 60-70 % of the home market.
Further products of the firm MATERASSO Slovakia, s.r.o are home interior accessories, pillows, cushions, quilts, sleeping bags, and toys and other items made of foam- rubber.
Utilising the technology of producing mattresses using a layered combination of upholstery materials enables us to produce mattresses to individual customer demands and designs covering:
a wide choice of sizes
specific customer requirements, e.g. suffering from health problems, according to the weight of a customer
Based on individual requirements, we are able to adjust:
orthopaedic features - hardness and elasticity of mattress
anti-allergenic properties
aesthetic features - material designs
All kinds of mattresses produced by MATERASSO Slovakia, s.r.o. have passed the stringent tests of the State Standards Institute - LIGNOTESTING, and the head hygienist's office of the Slovak Ministry of Health has recommended our products, permitting the use of the term: Medical Spring Mattress.
MATERASSO Slovakia, s.r.o helps modern people being confronted by the disabling effects from incorrect seating, or lack of movement, or restricted repetitive activity rest, relax and regenerate their energy healthily.
